Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Because of the nature of our products, we only accept returns or refunds if an item arrives damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or buyer's remorse.
Reporting Damage
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at everythingfunmarketing@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
Resolution
Once we verify the damage, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement, at our discretion. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
- Damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper installation is not covered.
- Items must not be used, altered, or discarded before we've reviewed the claim.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for orders that arrive as described and undamaged, regardless of the reason for dissatisfaction.
